tell them the truth!

All starts with a gruesome fact: most guests that kill your superhost status do it unintentionally. They give you the dreaded 4 stars, thinking that they are being nice to you.

Some hosts that I know tell their guests this simple truth:

I am a five star host. so:

• if you had a great stay I’ll love you forever if you rate me 5 stars!
• if you had an Ok or bad stay, do give me a low rating. It is just fair!
• if you had a good stay, and you don’t want to hurt me, please don’t give any review. Any review below 5 stars will simply hurt me.
